Make A Great Impression - Think BIG

Some images are meant to be larger
than life - or certainly larger than
your standard A4 sheet. For many
businesses, investing in a large
format printer opens up a whole
new world of printing options. From
impressive presentations and
artwork pieces to large display
boards and posters - the possibilities
are endless.

Canon's large format printers for
professional printers start at 17
inches and go all the way up to 60
inches wide. They're perfect for all
of your large printing needs
including marketing display
materials, storyboards,
presentations, photo printing and
technical drawings.
Large prints + twelve ink system =
endless possibilities
Revolutionary to the latest
professional print technology is
Canon's 12 ink LUCIA EX pigment
system that combines superior print
quality with unmatched colour
accuracy and smooth gradients. The
12 ink printer set includes:
Standard CMYK colours
Extra brilliant Photo Cyan and
Photo Magenta
True Red, Green and Blue pigments
Enhanced matte Black, Grey and
Photo Grey for optimal monochrome
photo-quality prints
Meanwhile, the specially formulated
LUCIA inks adhere to media quickly
for faster production, improved
durability and scratch resistance
while ensuring minimal graininess
and bronzing. The result is brilliant
and highly detailed prints every
time.
You'll find the LUCIA EX system in
Canon's newest range of large
format printers. Canon has
recently introduced new models to
its imagePROGRAF series, including
the iPF6350, iPF6300 andiPF8300
that is capable of producing prints
measuring up to 44 inches wide.
Paper size lowdown
The traditional A series paper
formats have been internationally
standardised by ISO 216 and A4 has
become the default print size for
most office documents. But if you're
looking to make a real impression,
perhaps for a meeting, convention
or event, you'll want to go much,
much larger.
The A series paper formats have
become a standard across a number
of industries:
A0 - 841 mm × 1189 mm - often
used for technical drawings and
posters
A1 - 594 mm × 841 mm - technical
drawings, posters and also for flip
charts
A2 - 420 mm × 594 mm - typically
used for drawings, diagrams and
tables, also used for broadsheet
newspapers
A3 - 297 mm × 420 mm - the
standard for most newspapers
When it comes to making a great
impression - think big.
