Why Blog – 5 Strong Motivations

Many people ask themselves, why blog, what's the sense? This reaction is based primarily upon the time and commitment it takes to maintain a blogging platform. Nowadays many make money blogging and therein is found their motivation. Others however take a more 'personal' approach and they base their blog content upon merely helping or serving people! In either case a stro

MAKING MONEY ONLINE SCHEMES NIGERIANS SHOULD AVOID.

Are you a
Nigerian willing
to make money on the internet, but
not really sure of what to do or
which money making scheme to
join
or avoid? Then, this article is for
you...
While I don’t claim to know all
when it comes to making money
online,I think I know a little when
it
comes to money making schemes
that doesn't work for Nigerians
based on my personal experience
and that of some people I have met.
I know this post will raise some
sort
of arguments but I just want to
bare my personal thoughts on this
subject …no harm
intended.Okay,let's ride on....
It is quite obvious that many
Nigerians are experiencing
frustration today making money
online because they do not have a
model to guide them. Hence,they
jump from one internet scheme to
another.You may have even tried
several of those “get rich quick”
schemes and maybe tried to sell
others products on your own
website or blog, but my guess is,
you have had limited success.
There are many websites or blogs
that claim they can show you how
to make thousands of dollars a day
and retire in a month, but having
tried several of those schemes
myself, I have realized that a
handful of them are complete craps
and I would strongly recommend
that you save yourself your time
and money, as most of them are
complete scams!
Have you seen these kinds of ads
before?
• Earn $300,000 in 6 months!
• Earn up to $1000 a day just
inputting Data into online forms
• Get paid to hundreds to Complete
Surveys!
• Earn $200,000 in 12 months just
reading emails!
• Spare a few hours a day to fill in
a few envelopes and earn $500 a
week!
• Great Work at Home opportunity
- earn £200 a day.
We'd all love these ads to be true,
but sadly most of these turn out to
be bogus and not worth the paper
they are written on. I ’m sure
there
are legitimate companies out there
that will offer you work if you
want it, but unfortunately, I never
found one and the ones that I did
try, all turn out to be bogus and
will
happily take money off you under
false pretences.
From my wealth of experience on
internet, there are a couple of
internet schemes that will not
work
for Nigerians. They include HYIP
(High Yield Investment
Programs),Paid Survey, Paid to
read emails, Paid to surf program,
Data entry and the likes....
Now, lets look at these stuffs one
by
one....
1. Earn $300,000 in 6 months!
Guess you are skeptical, right?
Absolutely!
If you type in “Make Money" in
Google, you will find a host of
these
companies promising you the
world.
In a number of cases they will
baffle you with lots of jargon and
tell you that you can create an
automated income stream and that
you can earn thousands a week.
Strangely enough though, you
have
to buy something off them first -
guess what? In most cases it ’s an
ebook! I have looked at a few of
these Get Rich Quick plans and in
my experiences, whilst they do
offer some good advice, they don't
really give you enough
information
to earn the millions that they
claim,
but they do generally point
towards
you buying more ebooks or
spending more money on other
pieces of software, which they
have
an affiliation with.
Don't get me wrong, the content in
many of these ebooks is pretty
good
and you can learn quite a bit, and
another great thing is that they do
tend to offer you money back
guarantees, but don ’t be fooled by
their devilish claims – it’s highly
unlikely that you will earn
$300,000 in 6 months.
HYIP-High Yield Investment
programs also fall in this category.
They request you invest some
money and then promise that you
will be getting some yield weekly
or
monthly as the case may be.
Most of these programs initially
try
to makes sense initially but as
time
goes by,the website disappears
from
the internet and if you invested a
lot of money, you are left to lick
your wounds.The funniest part of
these schemes is that most of them
do not really put real traceable
contact info on such websites,
hence
no way to trace them when they
disappear into the thin air.
Can you still remember those
companies that came to Nigeria
some years back, asking Nigerians
to invest some money and they
will
double the money they invest after
some months ? You will agree with
me that initially, their stuffs
worked but before most investors
could really know what was
happening, they were no where to
be found up till today. Those ones
are just the offline types of such
HYIP websites online these days.
So,
be wise.
2.Get Paid to complete Surveys.
I have also tried this one and to be
honest, there is no scam involved,
but the promises of earning $50/hr
etc fall very short of the mark. I
have completed around about 50
surveys, my emails are now
bombarded by companies
marketing
their products and I have only ever
received $10.If you have some
spare time, why not, but $50 per
hour - please!!!
More so,because of those spam
mails I now receive all the time, I
was forced to open another email
address. So, how will you feel if
this
happens with an email address you
would not like to let go? Bet, you
will have to be dealing with
deleting
useless emails for some minutes
before you even notice the real
emails from your friends.
For Nigerians,it’s a pure waste of
your precious time to involve
yourself in surveys because most
survey programs don’t accept
Nigerians even if they claim to
send payments by check. Even if
you use a foreign address,most
times,they end up tracing where
you very well with their
sophisticated scripts.Hence, they
will give you silly excuses why
they
will not be able to process your
payment once its time for them to
send you your earnings.
Won't this get you mad after
burning loads of money and time
probably at cyber cafes?
Absolutely!
And for most Survey programs,you
need paypal to collect your
earnings and Nigerians are not
allowed to use paypal and off you
go to open and verify paypal
account using virtual address and
virtual credit cards but I honestly
won ’t advise you to open a paypal
because I have heard too many
paypal horror stories. Forget all
those adverts about verifying your
paypal account as a Nigerian. Most
of those guys selling those infos
are
just doing it to recover some of the
money they have lost to operating
paypal account from Nigeria.
One day,paypal will request for
proof of your residence. Come to
think of it,how do you prove an
address in which you neither
reside
nor work? Which ID, International
Passport or proof will you show
that will have the virtual address
you used on it ? God help you if
you
have a substantial sum of money
in
your account as it will become
history from that point. If you just
want to know the tricks been used
to open and verify paypal in
Nigeria.
Read HOW TO OPEN AND VERIFY
PAYPAL IN NIGERIA and if you
interested in some horror stories of
paypal, visit www.paypalsucks.com
3.Paid-to-read-emails.
Those behind these scheme promise
to pay you to read emails. The
moment you sign up for one, they
flood your email with so many
mails that most times, you end up
abandoning that particular email
to
open another one.
For me,it’s another time waster as
some of them allegedly pay only
after you have earned a huge sum
of money reading mails. Why don
’t
you pay me if I earn $50 or less?
Why must I make $100,000 to be
paid. These are all elements of this
business which I honestly don ’t
understand.
I know I will get paid at the end of
the month if I make $100, running
Adsense program right here in
Nigeria. That is acceptable by me ,
not all those Paid-to-read-emails
that would want you to make $100,
000 before you can be paid. Aint
this crazy?
4.Data Entry.
Their own promise is, fill some
forms and we will pay you.Enter
data for us and you will be
paid. Most of them request you to
pay to join .I know one of such
sites
that you pay to $50 to join and
when you login as a member, you
are requested to buy so-called
" training materials" that will
help
you understand data entry
business
for $40.God help you if you are not
able to pay for the training
materials,your initial registration
payment will go down the drain.
If you eventually pay for the
training materials, you will
receive
them by email automatically and
you will see that it will just be
some
simple ebooks showing you how to
place free ads online which were
exactly like the one you had
responded to - this is the so-called
"Data Entry".
Anybody that responds to your
ads,
would pay you $50 for the same
"training materials" that you had
received and they would then be
doing the same job as you. If you
look at some Free Job sites, you
will
probably find hundreds of these on
there - because the majority have
fallen foul of this con and are just
trying to get their money back
from some other poor person.
My recommendation to 99% of
Nigerians would be to give them all
a miss!
Summary
The underlying theme for most of
these sites is to help you part with
your money. Remember, a lot of
these websites are being advertised
on the first page as sponsored ads,
which means that they are paying
to be on there. Common sense tells
you that if they are paying to be
found there – then they must be
making money from visitors – i.e.
YOU!
Formerly,e-gold was the currency
of choice for most of these con
schemes but they seem to be using
liberty reserve now. This doesn't
in
any way affect the legality of
Liberty Reserve. I use Liberty
Reserve and I strongly recommend
you to open a free account today as
there are lots of better things you
can do with it . Do you know that I
even do make some little money
for
myself atimes just helping some
people to fund their Liberty
Reserve
account? Well, this is just a clue to
some better, real ways you can be
making yourself some real money
online, right here in Nigeria.
Just because someone shows you
pictures of money, nice cars, flash
houses , it doesn’t mean to say that
any of that will come true for you.
If I show you lots of pictures of
money or edited pictures of
cheques that even don't belong to
me – do you really think that
makes any difference – they’re
just
conning you with their marketing
gimmicks.

12 Ways I Make Money Online as a Nigerian

I am proudly a Nigerian making real, legal money online. I make money without worrying about Paypal and other challenges that discourage many Nigerians from making money online. Mind you, I don't waste my time engaging in schemes like Surveys, Paid to Read Emails. Believe it or not, I make money everyday. In this post, am highlighting ways I make money online for you. I hope you will be able to grab some ideas from it.

BLOGGING

My blog, is my office on the internet. which makes me to be where I am today. My blog wasn't really making sense when I started but I so much believe it will grow with time and am so glad it's making a lot of sense now. All praises to God..

I use my blog to share things I know with people all around the world while also using it to promote all I do. The blog, makes money for me directly and indirectly. The more I share things I know, the more I win the trust of many people and when people trust you, they will find it easy to buy things you sell.

1. Money from Google Adsense

I make money consistently from Google Adsense. Google Adsense allows me to place some Google ads on my blog. If you click on those Google ads, Google pays me. I receive my payment in form of checks which Google sends to me here in Nigeria via DHL and I cash the checks at GTBank via my dormiciliary account. I make cool money monthly from Adsense....you too can. God willing, I hope to be making more than this in years to come.

Adsense is a good way to make money but it takes time. If you are the greedy type looking for a fast way to make money online, Adsense is not for you because once you try fooling Google, you will get banned for life. Trust me. You will need to have a blog before you can start making money from Adsense. Check out my Google Adsense Tutorials to learn more about Google Adsense.

2. Money from Selling ebooks and softwares

I make money selling ebooks and softwares. I advertise most of those ebooks and softwares I sell via my blog posts and also some via www.jideweb.com I receive payments directly into my bank accounts because most of the people that buy from me for now are mostly Nigerians. I hope to explore the international market in the future though....

Those that trust me, pay into my account and I deliver what they pay to them as soon as possible. I confirm payments with the help of my bank credit alerts and also via Internet banking. You too can make money selling ebooks even without writing any ebook by yourself. I can teach you....

3. Money from Setting up Blog for others/ Redesign

I make money redesigning other people's blogs. Some people who love my blog do ask me to redesign theirs while some pay me, just to create new blogs for them too. If you master the art of blogging, you too can start making money this way...

4. Money from advert placement

I make money helping some people to advertise their services right on my blog. Your blog must be big before people might be interested in paying you for this kind of service. I also make money helping some people to advertise their businesses using Google Adwords and Facebook Ads. You too can start making money rendering these services, if you learn the basics.

5. Money from Reviews and JVs

Some people do pay me to write about their websites on my blog. I also go into Joint- Venture partnership atimes, just to promote a product. If I help the partner to make some sales, I get paid.

BulkSMS Business

I have a bulksms website: ogbongesms.com and I make money from the SMS business in different ways. I use my blog in promoting my SMS business, hence I find it so easy getting customers without much stress.

6. Make money selling bulksms

I make money selling bulksms at www.ogbongesms.com. Customers pay into my bank accounts and I credit their accounts once I confirm their payment. I also do help some clients in sending customizeSMS and I charge them for helping them, aside the money I make from the sale of sms units to them.

7. Make money selling BulkSMS Proposal letters and Ebook

I have an ebook that explains how to set up bulksms website with a capital as low as N4000 ( without SMS). I sell the ebook for N5000 and trust me, it sells. I also sell Sample Proposal Letters which you can use to get BulkSMS contracts from churches, businesses, schools etc

8. Make Money setting up SMS website for others

I also make money setting up BUlkSMs website for those that do not have time reading an ebook to set it up by themselves. I charge N10, 000 for this service and those interested keep paying....

Other ways I make money Online are highlighted below:

9. Make money from web design

I design websites for clients based on what they want and I get paid in return. If you dont know how to design websites, go and learn it, so you can start making money from this service asap. Go and learn how to use "Wordpress" or "Joomla" and you will be able to start designing cool websites for clients.

10. Make Money from domain name registration

I make money registering domain names, especially for bloggers wanting to change their blogspot address to dot com. You too can, if you know or learn how to do it.

11. Make money from Facebook services...

Some people do pay me to help them customize their Facebook Fan pages while some do pay me to help them advertise their products/services on Facebook.

12. Make Money from unlocking modems

Yes, I make money unlocking fastlink modems, Glo NetPro modem and Airtel modems for people intrested in using other network sim cards on their 3G modems. Those interested do send me recharge vouchers which I use to pay for my internet subscriptions. I also sell the Unlockers to those interested in return for cash.

These are not the only ways of making money, just that those above are the ones I concentrate on for now.

Affiliate Marketing, Site Flipping etc are other ways you can make money online but am not really exploring them for now.

If you want to make money online without beating about the bush, you either sell something or offer services in return for cash. Dont be a jerk of all trade. Focus on few models and you will see the money rolling in as time passes by. Make sure you check out my "Money Making Tutorials".

I hope this help

LEVELS OF CONSCIOUSNESS

LEVELS OF CONSCIOUSNESS

From low to high, the levels of consciousness are: shame, guilt, apathy, grief, fear, desire,
anger, pride, courage, neutrality, willingness, acceptance, reason, love, joy, peace,
enlightenment.
While we can pop in and out of different levels at various times, usually there’s a
predominant “normal” state for us. If you’re reading this blog, chances are you’re at least at
the level of courage because if you were at a lower level, you’d likely have no conscious
interest in personal growth.
I’ll go over these levels in order, mostly focusing on the ones between courage and reason,
since that’s the range where you’re most likely to land. The labels are Hawkins’. The
descriptions of each level are based on Hawkins’ descriptions but blended with my own
thoughts. Hawkins defines this as a logarithmic scale, so there are far fewer people at the
higher levels than at the lower ones. An increase from one level to another will result in
enormous change in your life.
Shame – Just a step above death. You’re probably contemplating suicide at this level. Either
that or you’re a serial killer. Think of this as self-directed hatred.
Guilt – A step above shame, but you still may be having thoughts of suicide. You think of
yourself as a sinner, unable to forgive yourself for past transgressions.
Apathy – Feeling hopeless or victimized. The state of learned helplessness. Many
homeless people are stuck here.
Grief – A state of perpetual sadness and loss. You might drop down here after losing a
loved one. Depression. Still higher than apathy, since you’re beginning to escape the
numbness.
Fear – Seeing the world as dangerous and unsafe. Paranoia. Usually you’ll need help to
rise above this level, or you’ll remain trapped for a long time, such as in an abusive
relationship.
Desire – Not to be confused with setting and achieving goals, this is the level of addiction,
craving, and lust — for money, approval, power, fame, etc. Consumerism. Materialism. This
is the level of smoking and drinking and doing drugs.
Anger – the level of frustration, often from not having your desires met at the lower level.
This level can spur you to action at higher levels, or it can keep you stuck in hatred. In an
abusive relationship, you ’ll often see an anger person coupled with a fear person.
Pride – The first level where you start to feel good, but it’s a false feeling. It’s dependent on
external circumstances (money, prestige, etc), so it’s vulnerable. Pride can lead to
nationalism, racism, and religious wars. Think Nazis. A state of irrational denial and
defensiveness. Religious fundamentalism is also stuck at this level. You become so
closely enmeshed in your beliefs that you see an attack on your beliefs as an attack on you.
Courage – The first level of true strength. I’ve made a previous post about this level:
Courage is the Gateway. This is where you start to see life as challenging and exciting
instead of overwhelming. You begin to have an inkling of interest in personal growth,
although at this level you ’ll probably call it something else like skill-building, career
advancement, education, etc. You start to see your future as an improvement upon your
past, rather than a continuation of the same.
Neutrality – This level is epitomized by the phrase, “live and let live.” It’s flexible, relaxed,
and unattached. Whatever happens, you roll with the punches. You don’t have anything to
prove. You feel safe and get along well with other people. A lot of self-employed people are
at this level. A very comfortable place. The level of complacency and laziness. You ’re taking
care of your needs, but you don’t push yourself too hard.
Willingness – Now that you’re basically safe and comfortable, you start using your energy
more effectively. Just getting by isn’t good enough anymore. You begin caring about doing a
good job — perhaps even your best. You think about time management and productivity and
getting organized, things that weren’t so important to you at the level of neutrality. Think of
this level as the development of willpower and self-discipline. These people are the
“ troopers” of society; they get things done well and don’t complain much. If you’re in school,
then you’re a really good student; you take your studies seriously and put in the time to do a
good job. This is the point where your consciousness becomes more organized and
disciplined.
Acceptance – Now a powerful shift happens, and you awaken to the possibilities of living
proactively. At the level of willingness you’ve become competent, and now you want to put
your abilities to good use. This is the level of setting and achieving goals. I don’t like the
label “acceptance” that Hawkins uses here, but it basically means that you begin accepting
responsibility for your role in the world. If something isn’t right about your life (your career,
your health, your relationship), you define your desired outcome and change it. You start to
see the big picture of your life more clearly. This level drives many people to switch careers,
start a new business, or change their diets.
Reason – At this level you transcend the emotional aspects of the lower levels and begin to
think clearly and rationally. Hawkins defines this as the level of medicine and science. The
way I see it, when you reach this level, you become capable of using your reasoning
abilities to their fullest extent. You now have the discipline and the proactivity to fully exploit
your natural abilities. You ’ve reached the point where you say, “Wow. I can do all this stuff,
and I know I must put it to good use. So what’s the best use of my talents?” You take a look
around the world and start making meaningful contributions. At the very high end, this is the
level of Einstein and Freud. It ’s probably obvious that most people never reach this level in
their entire lives.
Love – I don’t like Hawkins’ label “love” here because this isn’t the emotion of love. It’s
unconditional love, a permanent understanding of your connectedness with all that exists.
Think compassion. At the level of reason, you live in service to your head. But that eventually
becomes a dead end where you fall into the trap of over-intellectualizing. You see that you
need a bigger context than just thinking for its own sake. At the level of love, you now place
your head and all your other talents and abilities in service to your heart (not your emotions,
but your greater sense of right and wrong — your conscience). I see this as the level of
awakening to your true purpose. Your motives at this level are pure and uncorrupted by the
desires of the ego. This is the level of lifetime service to humanity. Think Gandhi, Mother
Teresa, Dr. Albert Schweitzer. At this level you also begin to be guided by a force greater
than yourself. It ’s a feeling of letting go. Your intuition becomes extremely strong. Hawkins
claims this level is reached only by 1 in 250 people during their entire lifetimes.
Joy – A state of pervasive, unshakable happiness. Eckhart Tolle describes this state in The
Power of Now. The level of saints and advanced spiritual teachers. Just being around
people at this level makes you feel incredible. At this level life is fully guided by synchronicity
and intuition. There ’s no more need to set goals and make detailed plans — the expansion
of your consciousness allows you to operate at a much higher level. A near-death
experience can temporarily bump you to this level.
Peace – Total transcendence. Hawkins claims this level is reached only by one person in
10 million.
Enlightenment – The highest level of human consciousness, where humanity blends with
divinity. Extremely rare. The level of Krishna, Buddha, and Jesus. Even just thinking about
people at this level can raise your consciousness.
I think you’ll find this model worthy of reflection. Not only people but also objects, events,
and whole societies can be ranked at these levels. Within your own life, you’ll see that
some parts of your life are at different levels than others, but you should be able to identify
your current overall level. You might be at the level of neutrality overall but still be addicted to
smoking (level of desire). The lower levels you find within yourself will serve as a drag that
holds the rest of you back. But you ’ll also find higher levels in your life. You may be at the
level of acceptance and read a book at the level of reason and feel really inspired. Think
about the strongest influences in your life right now. Which ones raise your consciousness?
Which ones lower it?
One thing I like about these levels of consciousness is that I can trace back over my own life
and see how I ’ve been moving through them. I remember being stuck at the level of guilt for
a long time – as a child I was indoctrinated into a belief system where I was a helpless
sinner, being judged according to the standards of someone at the level of love or higher.
From there I graduated to the state of apathy, feeling numb to the whole thing. By high
school I had reached the level of pride — I was a straight-A student, captain of the Academic
Decathlon team, showered with accolades and awards, but I became dependent on them. I
hit the level of Courage in my late teens, but the courage was very unfocused, and I overdid
it and got myself into all sorts of trouble. I then spent about a year in neutrality and moved
through willingness and acceptance during my 20s with a lot of conscious effort. At present
I ’m at the level of reason and getting closer and closer to completing the leap to love. I
experience the state of love more and more often, and it’s guiding many of my decisions
already, but it hasn’t yet stuck as my natural state. I’ve also experienced the state of joy for
days at a time, but never with any permanence yet. That state is a pervasive feeling of
natural euphoria, as if I ’m exploding on the inside with positive energy. It literally forces me
to smile. I’ve been in that state for most of this morning, probably because I haven’t eaten
anything yet today (I find it easier to hit that state of consciousness when I eat lightly or not at
all).
We’ll naturally fluctuate between multiple states throughout the course of any given week,
so you’ll probably see a range of 3-4 levels where you spend most of your time. One way to
figure out your “natural” state is to think about how you perform under pressure. If you
squeeze an orange, you get orange juice because that’s what’s inside. What comes out of
you when you get squeezed by external events? Do you become paranoid and shut down
(fear)? Do you start yelling at people (anger)? Do you become defensive (pride)? What
happens to me under pressure is that I become hyper-analytical, but recently I just had a
pressure situation where I handled it mostly by intuition, which was a big change for me.
This tells me I ’m getting close to the unconditional love state because in that state, intuition
can be effectively accessed even under pressure.
Everything in your environment will have an effect on your level of consciousness. TV.
Movies. Books. Web sites. People. Places. Objects. Food. If you ’re at the level of reason,
watching TV news (which is predominantly at the levels of fear and desire) will temporarily
lower your consciousness. If you ’re at the level of guilt, TV news will actually raise it up.
Progressing from one level to the next requires an enormous amount of energy. I wrote
about this previously when discussing quantum leaps. Without conscious effort or the help
of others, you’ll likely just stay at your current level until some outside force comes into your
life.
Notice the natural progression of levels, and consider what happens when you try to short-
cut the process. If you try to reach the level of reason before mastering self-discipline
(willingness) and goal-setting (acceptance), you ’ll be too disorganized and unfocused to
use your mind to its full extent. If you try to push yourself to the level of love before you’ve
mastered reason, you’ll suffer from gullibility and may end up in a cult.
Going up even one level can be extremely hard; most people don’t do so in their entire lives.
A change in just one level can radically alter everything in your life. This is why people below
the level of courage aren ’t likely to progress without external help. Courage is required to
work on this consciously; it comes down to repeatedly betting your whole reality for the
chance to become more conscious and aware. But whenever you reach that next level, you
realize clearly that it was a good bet. For example, when you hit the level of courage, all your
past fears and false pride seem silly to you now. When you reach the level of acceptance
(setting and achieving goals), you look back on the level of willingness and see you were
like a mouse running on a treadmill — you were a good runner, but you didn’t pick a
direction.
I think the most important work we can do as human beings is to raise our individual level of
consciousness. When we do this, we spread higher levels of consciousness to everyone
around us. Imagine what an incredible world this would be if we could at least get everyone
to the level of acceptance. According to Hawkins 85% of the people on earth live below the
level of courage.
When you temporarily experience the higher levels, you can see where you must go next.
You have one of those moments of clarity where you understand that things have to change.
But when you sink into the lower levels, that memory becomes clouded.
We have to keep consciously taking ourselves back to the sources that can help us
complete the next leap. Each step requires different solutions. I recall when making the shift
from neutrality to willingness, I listened to time management tapes almost every day. I
immersed myself in sources created by people at the level of willingness until I eventually
shifted. But a book on time management will be of little use to someone who ’s at the level
of pride; they’ll reject the very notion with a lot of defensiveness. And time management is
meaningless to someone at the level of peace. But you can’t hit the higher levels if you
haven’t mastered the basics first. Jesus was a carpenter. Gandhi was a lawyer. Buddha
was a prince. We all have to start somewhere.

Where are the Best Places to Search for Quality Products to Resell?

With so many products with resell rights on the market, it’s hard to choose which ones are worth the cost. There are, however, ways to find quality products to sell, if you know where and how to look.
First, look for products that do not have resell rights. These will typically be the most profitable, if there is a

How to Squash Negative Thought Patterns

Suppose you have the bad habit of dwelling too much on the same negative thoughts. And
suppose there ’s no outward physical manifestation associated to them. It’s just negative
thinking, like “I’m so depressed” or “I hate my job” or “I can’t do this” or “I hate being fat.”
How do you break a bad habit when it’s entirely in your mind?
There are actually quite a number of ways to decondition a negative thought pattern. The
basic idea is to replace the old pattern with a new one. Mentally resisting the negative

HOW TO OPEN DOMICILIARY ACCT

HOW TO OPEN DOMICILIARY ACCT

Account ?

Domiciliary Account is a special account in
foreign currency especially in US dollars
opened in a local bank that allows you to make
international bulk payment in form of bank wire
transfer for goods or services online. Dom
account comes handy when dealing in Mega
transactions which your MasterCard or

VisaCard might not handle.
However, charges emanating from wire transfer
in Dom account can be very high. This also
varies from bank to bank.
Dom account is funded and operated ONLY in dollars and is convertible to other foreign
currencies. Love to engage in business with a company in China, USA etc ?, then Dom
account is for you.
Types of Dom Account
Current Dom account and Savings Dom account are the basic two types of Dom account
being operated upon by some Nigeria Banks. Current Dom account is operated like a
normal current account, however, you are issued cheque booklet denominated in dollars.
The minimum balance is usually $100 in most Nigerian banks. No cheque booklet is
issued for Savings Dom account.
What are the requirements for opening a Domiciliary Account?
Requirements for opening a Dom account varies from bank to bank, but the basic things
you must have are highlighted below:
1. 2 referees whom have operated Current account for at least 6 months with the bank or
any other bank. Usually it is better and faster to get referees from the same bank so that
confirmation will take place as early as possible.
2. Utility Bills like PHCN bill etc
3. National ID card, International Passport, Driver's License for proper identification.
4. About $100 for minimum balance. You might be charged extra fee for MasterCard or
VisaCard.
I think you can get MasterCard from Intercontinental Bank without opening a domiciliary
account but always try and make more enquiries from your bank. You can talk with the
Customer care agents of your bank and they will brief you more about their bank's current
policies with regards to Domiciliary accounts.
Which Banks Operate Domiciliary Account In Nigeria?
Examples of popular banks operating this kind of Account in Nigeria are Guaranty Trust
Bank (GTB), Intercontinental Bank Plc, Zenith Bank Plc, Equitorial Trust Bank, First City
Monument Bank (FCMB). The list is by no means complete, nor does the order of the banks
indicate any preference or affiliation. You should carefully make enquiries from those
banks, compare fees, rates and then go for the one that suits you most.
If you have anything to say about this or you have questions to ask, feel free to use the
comment form below this post.
In my future posts, I will share with you how you can use your MasterCard to buy anything on
the internet and how you can withdraw money from your Mastercard/VisaCard at ATM
locations.

HOW TO MAKE MONEY INVESTING IN STOCK

For many people, the thought of investing in the stock market brings one of two feelings. You either think that
it ’s a great chance to make some decent profits, or it’s a sure way to lose a lot of money.
Of course, both things are true in certain situations and for certain people, but in the end a lot of it depends on
how much you are willing to explore and research what the stock market is all about. It certainly shouldn ’t be
entered into lightly, and there is always the risk that your investments will go down in value instead of up.
But if you are ready for the challenge, perhaps we should find out more.

Focus With Self-Confidence And Achieve Whatever You Want In Life

You can not achieve success in anything if you do not have confidence in yourself. Self-confidence can easily be called the propellant that
can lift you to great heights. If you study the lives of successful people, you will observe that they have this trait. They are highly optimistic
whatever be the situation. Even in the worst of situations, they will be confident that they will be able to tide over their problems and they will
continue to do what they should do.
Acquiring self-confidence is absolutely important for succeeding in your life. This is similar to doing physical

CONNECTING FROM THE HEART

How do you create a heart-centered connection with someone close to you?

I think the best way to do it is to let the other person see you naked.
I don’t mean this in the physical sense, but in the emotional-spiritual sense.
As you converse with the other person, talk about your career; then let it go. Talk about your
past; then let it go. Talk about your other relationships; then let those go as well.

YOUR PASSWORD FOR MAKING MONEY ONLINE

YOUR PASSWORD FOR MAKING MONEY ONLINE

Keep climbing; it’s not the mountains we conquer but ourselves.

If you are actually out to make money online, then without any doubt I believe our discussion last week got you thinking, though we are yet to do any in-depth
discussion of the topic. This week, I would want us to go beyond the surface as we consider the topic ” YOUR PASSWORD TO MAKING MONEY ONLINE.”

The Oxford Advance Learners Dictionary defines password as “a secret word or phrase that you need to know in order to be allowed into a place. For the sake of
this write up, we shall define password as “the secret key (the mind) needed by a person to access or unlock the hidden treasures of the internet”.
Just before we continue, I want us to take a closer look at the topic itself. Why do I have it as “your password to making money online”? Why not “the password
…”? This is so because I want you to understand that it takes you and you alone to get to know it as well as to use it, if you are to make any headway online. No
one will do this for you.
Just like it takes our different usernames and passwords for us to gain access into pass worded sites or pages, so also it takes our individual unique passwords
(our minds) to access our online treasures. This is where majority seems to miss out. They start getting it wrong right from the very start.
I want to put it clear to you, that what you need to make it on the internet is not far from you. Your password, the secret key, your very entry point to making
money online is nothing but that little MIND of yours. Your mind is your number 1 asset, every other thing follows after it.
Just about anybody can make a good income from the internet, but before they can achieve that they have to put first things first. This whole thing might not
sound new to you but there is a serious need for us to go back to our drawing boards, our individual minds, for this is where all true success and achievements
begins.
Buy all the ideas, products, latest e-books and what have you, if your mindset is not right, you will be far from making money online. The internet marketers will
not stop promoting and selling there products or systems, they have got to keep making money. The fact that you bought into it, and you have not made any
headway with it does not mean that the system is not working. You may just be the problem.
Friend, I do not intend to scare you, just felt you should know so as to help increase the possibility of your online success. I will be sharing more on the mind

next week. Until then do stay motivated.

Yours to serve,
BOND.
